There is a simple way to control your weight. You just jump start your body metabolism by just making it do what I does already like the people that never gain weight no matter what. They have a fast metabolic rate and you can speed yours up too. You body is made up of protons and neutrons that revolve around a nucleus. The best to speed your body's metabolism is in the morning before you get up. You can do this manipulation best then. Just lay in bed and visualize circles where you want results and breath deeply concentrating on your mid section while relaxing do this every morning and you will see a change soon. I suggest to drink a cup of aloe and a table spoon of apple cider a day. The only side effect is peeing a lot and some pooping fat.
